The game at Villa Park against Aston Villa finished 2-2 and was Brighton & Hove Albion’s seventh in a row without a win in the Premier League.

Brighton & Hove Albion started the match best and took the lead when Simon Adingra netted in the 12th minute, with an assist by João Pedro, making it 1-0.

Aston Villa equalised to make it 1-1, as O. Watkins made his mark with a penalty, in the 36th minute.

Straight after the break, Morgan Rogers scored and gave the team the lead.

Nine minutes left to play, Brighton & Hove Albion’s Tariq Lamptey equalised, with an assist by João Pedro.

Aston Villa remains in ninth place and Brighton & Hove Albion is in 10th.
