Liga Portugal Announces Top Three Midfielders for 2024/25 Season

Liga Portugal has announced the top three midfielders of the year in the I Liga for the 2024/25 season.

The players who received the most votes were Morten Hjulmand from Sporting, Fredrik Aursnes from Benfica, and Tiago Silva from Vitória SC.

These votes have determined the participants who will advance to the competition’s eleven for the season.

Top Voted Midfielders

Morten Hjulmand received 9.5% of the votes, ranking him as the top-voted player among the midfielders.

Fredrik Aursnes received 6% of the votes.

Tiago Silva received 4.5% of the votes.

These players were recognized in the I Liga and were also elected as the best midfielders in the Liga Portugal Betclic.

Morten Hjulmand, based on his performance for Sporting, received the highest percentage of votes at 9.5%.

This performance further established his standing as a prominent midfielder.

Fredrik Aursnes from Benfica received 6.5% of the votes, coming in second place.

Tiago Silva from Vitória SC received 4.5% of the votes, earning him the third spot.
